My dad uses family photos for desktop wallpapers and recently downgraded from Vista to XP. Apparently Vista has a feature that will reduce the size of a photo to fit the desktop while keeping aspect ratio. As far as I know, XP has no such feature. Is there some third-party program that can resize an image without distorting it on the fly before setting it as a wallpaper?

I was hoping there was a tool that could resize an image to desktop size and apply it as a wallpaper in one step. You see, my parents don't like all that "work" that comes with things like these.
