Default Wifi Cracking of Any kind [Alert]

While the discussion of WEP hacking tools, WPA hacking tools, And Wardriving is not expressly illegal.

And while the tools in question do have a legitimate purpose (such as doing research on how secure/insecure your wireless access point is. If you don't understand why I would do this, then don't go any further.)

Bemanistyle is making it a policy that the discussion of these tools, and the operating of them, is not allowed. Even in the ethical sense. If you don't know what ethical hacking is than you don't need to follow up on this at all.

Further, the operation of these tools is immensely complicated, practically requires linux, and is not for any common man to bother with in the slightest. In the event that you did want to do this, unless you already know a thing or seventy five about wifi networks, and networking in general, most everyone here would probably still not be able to help you.

tl;dr: Don't talk about Wardriving, Any kind of WEP or WPA cracking, or the theft of any service. Period. We will start infracting people for it.

If I'm paying attention enough, wasn't it actually several threads?

Three threads in fact. All saying exactly the same thing, with each one being more aggressive towards m335h3r because he did something about it.

But man did it feel good to be the first one to tell him off.
