I thought i'd check here before I posted it on ebay.

for sale is a used 40gig ipod
it comes with original wall charger, USB cord and stand and the CD if requestd

the ipod works fine with minor scraches,, it sometimes freezes but it hasen't recently

Im looking for 110 shipped.

well, since my 30gb iPod video is just about dead, I'll probably get this one to replace it. I'll let you know for sure tomorrow. Sounds like a good deal.

Just letting you know that I won't be getting the iPod. I ended up getting a new 80gb iPod classic. They have good battery life, which is the reason for getting it. Sorry about the incredibly late response. A week late. whoops
