Well I hate to say that these things are not worth much alone...

The instructions sell for less than 1000 yen on yja (10 dollars), the hdd + chip, maybe 5000 - 10000 yen (50 - 100 dollars). They are basically collectors items as you need the whole hardware upgrade to make them work. If you look at the actual cost to get them here from japan, 150.00 dollars is about right.
