It can, they both run on the 573 hardware. The biggest issue is you won't have solo playable if it's running EX. I've seen some machines running max2 on a solo. The biggest issue is the 4th+ hardware can't be used on a 2player machine (or so I've been told) it has the capability of using both pads but it doesn't because the software is only made for one pad.

While correct, the only way to make this occur, is with a bootleg kit.

Went for $3450 but Double Brian says that the bid was a "mistake"

He says he might sell the machine to a local arcade for $3000, considering the machine that sounds like a deal I only have $2800 to spend
