The USB Key itself is unused as far as I know and still sealed inside the fold out box with the installation DVD, so you should be able to set up a brand new profile on it ^^.

Unfortunately, as chancey as international shipping goes, Express is the only one with tracking, and I'm not willing to take the chance that this gets lost in transit, even if the buyer is. So unfortunately, no, it's Express or nothing :[.
