You would need a pass card or flash your ds bios. The flash is easy and free, and works great.

Sent you a PM, but I have just one question. The second site said that the total memory is equal to 512 megabytes. I just want to make sure, can you add in additional (mini/micro) SD cards for memory?

No, you can't. There is enough room for 8-10 games.
