The difference between Priority International (which IIRC is just a long name for Airmail) and Express (which you know as EMS) is mainly that Priority International has no tracking number (at least for shipments made at the post office), doesn't have insurance included by default, and takes longer. Of course, because of those factors, it is cheaper.
I'm shipping from the US, and as far as I know, shipping internationally is determined on a by-country basis with USPS, so no exact zip or postal codes are needed to get an estimate ^^. I'm willing to bet it'll be a good $10-12 cheaper than what my rough guess is, and I'll have the exact costs for you tomorrow ^^.
Also, it probably goes without saying, as it sounds like you've imported items of this nature before, but any customs duties or taxes incurred by this purchase are your responsibility.
As for payment methods, I apologize! I must've accidentally edited that out when I removed the other item I sold elsewhere from this thread. I do accept Paypal for payment.
