It's a Vaio TR5B, Japanese model, English software. The auction says it all:

Gees dude not to trash your auction but dont you think thats asking for a little too much? Im considering selling my dell laptop that has triple some of the specs your laptop has and I wouldnt expect more than 500 for it...

Is your Dell laptop 10.6" with internal bluetooth and a DVD+-RW burner? And does it have a pair of bluetooth headphones included? The asking price is high, but it isn't as high as you might think. I invested a good bit in this laptop to repair it as much as possible, and that is part of the reason for the price.

Yeah, it is obscene, because you can get a much better computer/laptop, for $200 less than the asking price. And if the headphones are the only extras, they don't justify the massive, X-Box heug price.

The computer is tiny... have you priced small computers that small with the same specs?

Yes, you can get a much better laptop for $200 less. No, you can't get a much better laptop that small for $200 less. It is expensive because it is small. If you don't appreciate that fact that it is small, then don't buy it, but the price is not obscene due to its size.

And another thing, technically, it also includes a carrying case and a power plug for different countries if you wanted to do some international traveling.

Thank you to those who understand the high price of tiny electronics.

Unfortunately, I had to block international bidders due to scammers ;_;

If you are interested and if it doesn't sell through eBay here, then maybe we can work out a deal. It all depends on circumstances.

This might be thread necromancy, but I thought it worth bringing up. I also figured that a new thread for it would be silly. So:

Less than a day left on my auction. No bids. A pretty good chance for a pretty good deal (and it is. For those who don't believe me, try finding a 10.6" or smaller laptop with those specs for that price).

unfortunately i was in the market for a laptop but recently i just switched from my highschool to an online charter school and they are providing me with a laptop, so im not looking anymore, but even then i think i would be happier with a big clunky one with hardcore specs :P

GAAAAAH!!!! Right at the very end, a scammer bid $1825 on it and asked me to ship it to Nigeria. They have been kicked off of eBay, but this is so annoying! This is the 6th time in a row that this has happened ><. I'm putting it up one more time with Buy It Now or Best Offer so that I should be able to weed out scammers. I slightly lowered my asking price, and offers will be highly considered.
