I think that is pretty steep considering with a new contract you can get an 8 gig 3gs for about $100.

well then go get a new contract then...the phone without contract is $500..... considering people who wanna use it on tmobile its a good price or people that dont wanna get into a contract because contracts arent fun... anyways im selling it today to someone on the island for $300 so you can lock this thread
