Oh, on topic, you say that the CD-Driver won't load? I fail to see mention that you can boot CD discs (I.E. blue bottom PS2 games), you mention that all NTSC-U games boot, does this include "blue-bottoms"?

What I mean is this. If you go to play a backup/import PS2 CD game as opposed to a PS2 DVD game, the SwapMagic for some reason seems not to work-- at least that's what I've experienced. Maybe something with the driver, or the hardware, not sure. But it will play all original NTSC-U/C games; recently the load time for the game is about a half-sec. longer than a non-modded PS2 but to repeat, it will load original US games.

Hmm. I'm probably going to look into a minicon2 later....

Anyway the minicon I have has the box still intact as well as the registration card, so...hmmm. For the minicon and the swap magic, I'd say $45 and shipping [combined] ($46 if you're paying by Paypal). However, I'm still waiting on a response on the whole thing from k//eternal and am waiting to see if anyone else is interested in the whole thing. If I don't get a response soon though, I'm going to go ahead and sell the Swaps and the PnM minicon to you.

Keep in mind that the CD driver did not work on my PS2... I don't really guarantee that the CD driver will work on yours. I just want to keep you informed on that so that I don't get a PM telling me "YOU SOLD ME BAD SWAPDISCS! (A certain animal and the meaning of life doubled plus four) will have his revenge!"

Haha! my cd driver works, but I did simple repairs to my PS2. Since you have a fliptop you can do them too.

Take rubbing alchol, put on end of qtip, gently touch laser, flip qtip over and gently dry off excess
wait 3 hours before turning playstation 2 on (or plugging it in)

that may fix that problem.

Um....here's the thing, I'll sell you my swap discs only if I can get someone to buy the PS2 as well or if I can buy another set of SwapMagics. That said, I'll sell you my SwapMagics if no one asks about the PS2 within, oh say... Saturday evening.
