WTB: chip-modded PS2

What the title says. This doesn't mean fliptop- I'm in search of a playstation 2 modded with something like a DMS4 or similar, that can play backups and NTSC U-C/J games(and us DVDs, i don't think PS2s are region free. Excuse my n00bness if they are.) I only need the console and hookups and guarantee that it works.

it's chip modded with a 250 gig hd with i can't even count how many games

pop'n 7-11 and like a collection disc keyboardmania drummanias jap and us ddr's 3-11 iidxand much much more.

Hmm, I'm really looking for a chip modded PS2 without HDD and need of HDLoader or such type of software because I've heard HDLoader is iffy with some types of games, but I'll think about it if I can't get an offer for a PS2 that could be bought a little cheaper.

Bump, I really need to see if I can get one before September (possibly without a HDD to minimize cost.)
