WTB PS1 Lightgun shit

Specifically, I'm looking for Time Crisis with the official Guncon, and/or Elemental Gearbolt. I wouldn't turn down a guncon on its own, either.

My copy of TC and my guncon have disappeared and there's no telling which of my brothers' friends has been borrowing it since '99, so I'm just in the market for a new one.

I want the original, official Namco guncon because apparently EG won't work with a Guncon 2 and I don't want any third-party stuff.

If you've got some of this that you're willing to part with, name a price and I'll see what I can do

I heard that the PS1 GunCon doesn't work for PS2 if you had plans to play it (it being Time Crisis) on a PS2. :/

there is an adapter that lets you play the PS2 games with the Guncon 1. However, Im pretty sure its not compatible with the PS1 games.

If you need a PS1, let me know, Ive got liek 3.

i'm pretty sure i have a guncon2 that i don't need anymore. came with time crisis 2, but time crisis 2 got stolen and whoever robbed left me with just the guncon2.

or did you want a guncon1?

Was looking for a guncon 1; I've heared 2 won't work with Elemental Gearbolt which is pretty much the entire reason I want one anyway :X

Anyway, I found myself a Guncon 1 so that part of the mission is complete.

I can't see why any PS1 controller wouldn't work on a PS2; I'll test it out myself before I go out and grab a PS1. I'll keep your offer in mind though, katze. Out of curiosity, how much do you want for one? There seems to be plenty of ebay auctions with a PS1+games that I want so I might end up going that route if the price is worth it.

The control line that lets the PS1 chip send data from the monitor and controller port is nonexistant in the PS2, you MUST use a guncon 2.

It depends on how much of a PS1 you want. I think I have a 5502 around here that boots and runs pretty much flawlessly. Ill check it if you want it. Make an offer, or trade me something, Ill usually take cool shit.
