WTB: PS2 HDD PCMCIA External Unit

I know this is quite a long shot, but would ANYONE happen to have, or know anywhere I could pick up the Official Sony HDD for for models SCPH-10000, SCPH-15000 and SCPH-18000 ?

That is the only place I could find, that claims they would have the item. A bit too high, and I was hoping someone might be able to find one for a lot cheaper? Is there anyone in Japan who would know where to find one in a used game store?

Granted, if that price is the going rate, I might just try to order from them, but I would trust someone from here a lot more.
