WTB: Slim PS2 (JP or Modded) + IIDX KOC

[BITCH I LOOK LIKE GOKU]

So I've got a bit of bank now, and I'd like to start playing IIDX again. Right now all I'm looking for is a SLIMLINE PS2 (JP, or US softmodded or hardmodded), and a US IIDX KOC.

The KOC I'd like to not spend more than $30 + shipping for. The PS2, if worse comes to worse, I can buy a used one from Gamestop for about $60 or $70, and just softmod it myself and buy a set of swap magic discs, but I'd prefer a JP/hardmodded US PS2.

If anyone wants to get rid of any of their IIDX 12-15s, I'd be glad to take them off of your hands as well (looking to pay about $45 shipped for each of the games).

I'm also willing to trade up, I've got a PSP-2000 in amazing condition, along with Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero, DJ MAX Fever, Initial D Street Stage, and various UMDs (Dead Leaves, and a few others).

Should I go with JP? I mean, the biggest reason I want one is to get it working with BePachi Music, so I'd need a USB adaptor (or something like it) as well.

The starting bid is $35 which would be more in your price range, shipping would probably be more than $5 though. I'm just looking to get a little money back, as it cost me $100 a few years ago and I never used it much and have all the original packaging and everything.

That might not even happen. USKOC's have wacky builds where some work with USB and others do not.

At least a JKOC is built well for the most part and actually works to the best abilities that it can.

luckily my USKOC works with usb ;D

JKOC is nice too, but you almost always have to mod the keys =(

i can tell you which kind it is, though! probably around $10 online anyway...

EDIT: i remembered that i have another one! it's not the same looking but i used my dualshock on the computer with it, this one is dual connection (usb or parallel). using the parallel port connection might take more setting up though. if i find this then i can take your offer! let me check when i get home.

yes, will do. i'll even clean my USKOC just for YOUUUUUU

JPKOC with proper key modding will make the buttons very sensitive, in a way a little bit closer to arcade keys. but this takes a LOT of work, like shaving the corners of the keys, putting in cereal box cutouts or gel insoles under the keys after taking it apart, etc. also that it's guaranteed to work with usb adapter.

but then see, i know my USKOC works with a usb adapter cuz i played with my current adapter for extended periods of time! so yeah. BUY BUY BUY
