WTB: Technika IC Card 'Come to Me'

Just looking to complete my collection without throwing down a chunk of money to play the lottery with Bemanistyle's random (or tiered?) distribution system for the cards, since it's the only one I'm missing ^^. I can pay with Paypal or Postal Money Order.

Bump - if no one has a spare on hand they want to part with, I would definitely be willing to pay for its purchase at one of the Technika locations currently stocking them. Looking to pay list price at that location plus a few extra dollars for time, and shipping (as I live in the US and a plain envelope should suffice just as PM Studios uses).
