Darkamdusias has one for $45, which is relatively fair considering the fact that it's out of print.

It's funny that you mention that because from what I just saw, Konamistyle has them in stock.

Konamistyle doesn't frequently update their stock pages. Either way after cost, finders fees and shipping from japan it'd be more than $45.
