I will send it in its original box with all the original packing materials and discs. I will reformat it and send it to you with Vista installed. I will include a flash drive with XP drivers (if you wish to downgrade) and Microsoft Office 2007 Pro. Warranty is also transferrable and expires in October of this year I think.

This is a great laptop. I would like $800 shipped for it but am willing to negotiate. This price includes the extras like the mouse, travel remote, HDMI cord, and carrying case which I bought extra
