The bundle is an absolutely impeccable condition. The DVD is still sealed, and the artbook still has the new book smell. Hell the whole bundle still has the new smell. The puzzle has been built, but the glue is still sealed, and everything else has been kept unopened. Obviously I wont send you the complete puzzle, but I'll put it in a ziplock bag for you.

and the KASC is arcade perfect, although the pick is pretty hard from not being played on at all. Think of it like how sanwas on IIDX controllers have to be worn in to get them perfect, same with the pick.

No idea, but I just found 2 copies for $28 each at a local bargain store. 
I've got a question about the Guitarfreaks KOC, kinda. Did Konami make any other types of controllers for home play? Kinda like the IIDX KOC and the ASC, if you get what I'm saying. | |
