I have a 360 that I would like to trade for a PSP (preferably modded) with extras.
Includes Dead Rising, Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition, Fallout 3, Sonic the Hedgehog, and a 512mb Memory Card.
The only thing wrong with it is that the DVD drive has problems reading discs every once and a while. (A replacement DVD drive is fairly inexpensive)
It doesn't have a HDD, HDMI port, or component cables.

There has to be some other issue. No person would sanely trade a PSP for a 360.
From the mention of disk drive reading errors, he has an old Hitachi drive (79 prolly) 360 that's about to die or has already died and he can't ship it out because of the spraypaint job he did on it.

The reason I'm doing this is I got an Elite from a friend of mine. But I would really like a Modded PSP with extras would be nice so I don't have to spend time doing it myself. I will upload a vid of me playing it tomorrow to show that it works.
The Profit Prophet is half right. I can't send it in because it's spraypainted, but the DVD drive was fine till it's previous owner forced it open with a butterknife.

why the fuck would you film a video in the dark? I just have to trust that the 360 being shown in the video is the same i will be getting.

Also this isn't that much of a kick in the teeth as you might think, for example if he tried to sell this to Gamestop, the fact that it is spraypainted might not work but if it did, he'd only get maybe $80 for it, and all the games put together might be $45 if lucky. A used slim PSP is $139.99 before tax, and if he doesn't have the tools to do that extra thing to it, it could become a bit more costly. Basically paying for the convenience.
A used 360 would be $169.99 before tax, and if you added those used games and the 512mb card (which is the largest mem card and the one that I use all the time), it would come out to at least $90 more.
Yea shipping on the 360 would be hefty, and shipping on the PSP wouldn't be so bad. If the drive reads the DVDs, but just slowly, then it wouldn't be that bad. Now if it completely is just a shit drive, then the possibility of swapping the drive might be in the future.
