I have to mention that I live in germany, therefore the KOC has to be shipped here. The game would be shipped from germany. You pay the shipping costs for the KOC and I pay the shipping costs for the game.

As far as KOC... do you want just the controller, the game, or the bundle? Just for clarification, as I can get you either of the three. PM me if you're interested and so I can get an estimate on shipping costs.
