This thread is for a situation involving AmazingKenchan (David) and a no-show $140 poster sent via USPS. Don't want to call him out just yet, but I would like to get the situation resolved and so far we've gone nearly a week with no response.

5/18 - Paid $140 for Beatmania 1 AC poster sent via Money Order to home address. I reply stating I would like to have him send it to my work address as it will not be missed at this location.

5/30 - Poster still not arrived, despite being sent "expedited" mail. David says he has a receipt, but no tracking. All "expedited" mail comes with a tracking number.

6/04 - David cashed the Money Order, message to David asking how he would like to resolve the issue, no response.

6/05 - PM asking how he would like to resolve with no response. Personal call out to USPS who claims they cannot pursue any investigation into loss of package without the information on the reciept.

6/07 - Additional PM asking, user has been offline since 6/07 with no response via PM or IM.

6/13 - Response from David stating that I was partially at fault for him failing to write the complete address on the package. I responded with AIM logs stating otherwise. Says he will go to the post office tomorrow for follow up and that he will refund "at least half" if no solution is reached.

6/14 - Private message sent on 6/13 confirmed read by David at 8pm today, no response regarding any of the questions asked in the PM regarding the post office which he said he would follow up on and why the Money Order was cashed after a problem was identified in shipping.

6/18 - Still no response. Money, poster and user are MIA.

6/20 - Nearly a week after stating he would visit the post office for follow up, I have zero response from David. I have no poster, the MO has been cashed so David has $140 and I no response from him regarding a resolution or any follow up whatsoever.

6/25 - User active, but still no follow up or response to any inquiries re: PM's.

6/27 - PM asking for follow up to David.

6/30 - User active today, however, is ignoring his Private Messages.

7/02 - User active again today, still ignoring Private Messages. Negative feedback given.

Give him some time, Kenchan often dissappears for a while. You'll probably get your poster, if not he'll probably refund your money. Kenchan is a really good seller. I've bought several things from him and everything went nice and smooth, but that was when he was in Japan. I don't know his situation here in the states. I would assume it's the same, but he could be busy with work or something.

Thank you for the kind words, it's too bad they couldn't have come from the source. Trust me, I'd like to believe you and I hope that he does pull through, I'm trying to remain as neutral as a can and just document the facts. If you're a seller, "disappearing for awhile" isn't much of an option unless you don't mind the buyer letting other people know about it

Sorry, I'm not about to let someone off the hook because they're "busy." I'm "busy" too, and somehow I managed to send $140 to him and he found time to cash it after we identified that there was a problem in shipping.
