this is a discussion about money, not about who knocked up your baby's mamma. If you want to be treadt with respect and you expect any cooperation you should all act like adults. Marketplace is a privilage not a right. I understand frustration, but outbursts like this will not be tolerated.

I understand that Anthony but if anything, that statement should be directed to that whiner Dark. Seriously, I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM YOU. This entire problem has nothing to do with you Dark. I could understand your anger if you sent me BMUS and I didn't give you your money, but you sent me NOTHING.

dude i tried to be more than civil with all this but seeing as you gave me a bs phone # paid me 1/2 of what you said the 1st payment was gonna be amongst other things thats pretty hard to trust you ive heard from you 3 times oh ur money will be in the mail this weekend never happened so if you wanna be retarded about this go ahead but this is a rental service you cant just use my controller for 2 months avoid paying me and decide one day oh im gonna send this back it just doesnt work that way but if by some odd chance you do decide to do it i swear to got i will troll every post you make in this marketplace and let people know what happened even if i have to post ur addy cause you change your user name ill do it you cant make it out of this without damaging your rep on here so just man up and pay me or spend the 40 to ship me back my controller and if its in any condition other than what i sent it out as ill still drive down there and beat the living crap out of you youve had pretty much 3 months to come up with 100 bucks and ive been more than patient with this so dont act like you dont leave bs all over these threads and its my fault that this happened

I'm going to agree with Chuckie, just sending back the controller is totally bunk. It's not right to just "borrow" a controller for 2 months, use it until it stops working, then send it back and not pay. You really need to just pay the money you owe him.

BS phone number? How about your telephone provider must be crappy because 757-563-8051 is not a BS number. That's my home number and you can call it when you like.

Secondly, do you know how much I play PnM? I haven't played in the last 3 weeks and not because the buttons are not working. Hell, I barely play PnM when the buttons WERE working. I'm getting ready to graduate and go to college and playing games on my PS2 is becoming harder and harder to do with my schedule. The way I see it, I'm paying $30-40 for shipping the controller back to him which he gets for free, and he gets to keep the $60 I sent him before. That is $100 he's getting out of me PLUS HE KEEPS THE CONTROLLER. You really are getting more out of this then me.

well you used it and broke it you buy it you can't just send it back.... Buy a car from a private owner and 2 months later smoke the engine then try to return the car.... Not gonna happen, I'm really not getting more out of it I'd rather have my money than a popn controller that'll sit there forever cause everyone on these forums saw this thread and knows you broke it so just do the right thing save me a day of my vacation and you some hospital time and send me my money

How do you know I broke it? Would you like me to take pictures and show this forum how sorry the inside job was on the controller? I'm suprised your controller even works if that. Plus, the parts where your controller were chipped were due to mail coverage not me so to say that I broke your controller when I barely used it it completely false. You have no evidence to support your claim.

Also, if that save you some hospital time is a threat, I would have no problems either 1) Whooping your ass if you come and fight me, or 2) Pressing charges for assault, or 3) Having some people take care of you for me. There are other ways to settle this problem without violence but if you want to take it that way, we can go that way.

Yeah there are civil was to handle this like pay me my money you had the thing for 2 months you can't just send it back anyone on here will agree with that the inside job was just fine concidering I was looking online at insides of desktop arcades and other controllers to see how to run my wires and well it looked pretty compairable to me I believe other people on this forum have seen the pics of the controller and would agree seeing as dark was even going to have me build him a custom one after he saw mine so don't try to put my controller down when its you that couldn't come up with them money in a decent time

Dark you need to get out more. Also, Chuckie has only made one controller to date which I have. Yeah, valid argument there. Look Chuckie, I don't want to drag this out any further. Help me help you. The Red button is sticking and the right white microswitch sometimes doesn't register. Help me fix these things on your controller and I'll gladly send you your money.
