This guy should be banned from bemanistyle and bemaniso if he can't account for why he's accepted money for so many items and never delivered.

Where's my Pnm v1 minicon, phantommog's DS Lite, and all the other items I hear about that you stiff people on. Why are you still around if you can't account for your mistakes.

Maxximus has also taken money from two users on here with no response. When I PM'd him directing his attention to the thread where the buyers were making their claims, he mentioned this:

Essentially, the crook is taking people's money.

I was told only to forward this PM to the two buyers who he stole money from, but after I realized that this was the same person who I ALMOST bought a wii from, I refuse to even try to understand why this idiot would do this.

I have brought it to Eddie's attention what this guy is doing, even mentioning that there should be a marketplace moderator for this exact reason, so I hope he and the rest of the higher ups will see how to ban this person from ever using this site again. Even go so far as to post his address to make sure he can't do this under another name.

Yeah, the above message was regarding myself and Trancedance purchasing an Xbox from him. After hearing that there's more instances of this happening aside from just the Xbox incident, I'd REALLY love to know what required him to scam so much goddamn money.

Either way, he needs to be banned.

I've been keeping an eye on Maxximus' actions in the market place ever since I saw 2 posts in the xbox thread saying 2 seperate people sent money for one item.

I would think that he should be kept around until at least you guys get your refund, and I would suggest that if it doesn't happen within the next month to contact his local police and say he's been scamming people.

Then after that do what I do and don't even touch a sale thread created by a person with less than 100 posts.

Actually, Maxximus is already fucked in the long run. His credit is now horribly shot. There is no way in hell he is ever getting a car loan or a mortgage now.

i have also been scammed by this person , i have just opened a dispute in paypal, if this feedback thread would have been started sooner i would have sent money for the wii he was trying to sell

You can get a dispute on him, just go to your overview page, click the all account activity, mess with the dates so you have the transaction you made with him visible, click the details link for it, and there you go.

Explain what's happened, post a link to this thread, and immediately escalate it to a claim. I've received ZERO response from him on Paypal, so unfortunately you'll have to wait about 10 days after the dispute is raised to a claim, but I think since there'll be so many claims filed against him, they'll be quick to take action.

This dispute closed because it was opened for more than 45 days after the transaction date or did not meet other filing criteria.

Im afraid it might be too late to start a dispute then...

You can still report it somehow to paypal through email or phone number. Just get the information from someone else on here who has opened a dispute.

When you open a dispute with paypal and you suspect the person to have frauded you and hasn't replied to paypal after a week, escalate the dispute into a Claim and let paypal try to forcibly refund you
