There are very few songs that havn't been AAAed. V is not one of them.
The only two are Due Tomorrow and Mei; people have gotten close to Mei and Due Tomorrow will probably be done pretty much immediately when DistorteD CS comes out. (Gambol also hasn't been AAAed on current AC timing which is kind of scary considering how high some Gambol Another scores are)
Why not do a South Korean release instead. Japan is extremely xenophobic when it comes to video games. I bet Capcom had to tell the public that GTA is Scottish (or British for Stories games) and not American for it to sell. The South Koreans are much more open to American made games than the Japanese.
Almost everything has been AAA'ed. Like Cstar said.
