Well, I have been playing since the launch of BMUS in 2006, and ended up actually quitting the game for a bit because I couldn't clear colors [h] or nemesis on BMUS. -
(i didn't have the JP styles, so the song list was terrible and felt like grinding)

but about a year later mid 2007, i started back up and was able to clear 10's on my BMUSKOC after about 4 months.

Now that I have a dj dao controller I'm starting to clear 11's by at least a couple a day.. If I'm really determined.

I can clear things like satellite020712 [a], anisakis [a], quantum teleportation and some of the other easier ones now consistently

Its all about regular practice really. the more time you put in, the more results you will see. Simple as that.

But to answer your question, no. This game is hard.
I'd appreciate said list, still finding it hard to make the transition into 10 territory.

I know 100% Minimbo G is easy to pass, and Fascination Max is kinda easy (I've passed those 11's).

Hallway of Promise is pretty easy, it's just those scratches... I think that would be my next one.

I'll do a marathon of IIDX tomorrow, I'll make a list of good songs for DD-DJT.

So will I; I can help corroborate the list.

It's not that I CARE what other IIDX players think, what I meant was, if I say I'm a good IIDX player, compared to other players, what does that say?

Oh, well, if you put it that way...

If you can't pass 10s you're not good if you compare yourself to other IIDX players. Maybe above average? But not good.

Honestly I think you're doing just fine. Obviously you're not god-mode-super-elite-IIDX-player but if you've stuck with it until even playing level 8's regularly, you're good in my eyes and you deserve whatever amount of respect someone should get for playing video games.

I think people on this website should compile a list of 10-12 songs from easiest to highest. Obviously some 11's would be lower than 10's (ahaha D.C. FISH ahaha), I think it would reeeeally help a lot of players around that area. I know I'd like to know what 12's to tackle first.

I've considered trying to compile lists for the different difficulties like easy 10s, medium 10s, hard 10s, easy 11s, medium 11s, hard 11s, easy 12s, medium 12s, and hard 12s but thought that people probably wouldn't care.

I'd be perfectly willing to contribute to such list though.
