Still hasn't been announced yet. There is a CS Distored thread open already if you look for it, no info on release dates or anything though, just general discussion about it.
There's been like 6 or 7 of these threads. Christ, when any details come out there will be a thread for it. It'll be on the front page and a higher up user will make a thread. It's not like it's been all that long since HS cs came out.
This is the millionth thread on this, and the answer is no.
