For Premium Best, does the Archives Mode include both monochrome and color pictures?

You can't unlock all the pictures without going through all the color variants anyway.

Also, regarding OMES requirements, how does removing the hard mode requirement make it any easier? If you can't HC it you're probably going to have a hard time AAing unless it's a really dumb chart with a single difficult pattern.

Yeah, you'll unlock the monochrome version then the colored version. It'll say ###_1 then ###_2 & sometimes ###_3.

So....this is odd. I played every song on Empress & got the Umegiri lane cover, but not the Kanzaki one.....WTF? Umegiri is unlocked by playing all the new (pink) songs while Kanzaki is unlocked by playing all the pink & revival (white) songs....So why didn't I get Kanzaki?? Once I get that, I'll have every Customization item unlocked.

Well, according to VJ Army (i.e what I just said):

Umegiri: Play all the new Empress (pink) songs on the Empress disc (this, I can confirm)
Kanzaki: Play all the new Empress (pink) & revivals (white) songs on the Empress disc

It doesn't mention anything about the 2 Sirius songs. I haven't unlocked Bad Maniacs yet (perhaps tomorrow, I'll unlock some more pics in Archives), so I don't know if you have to play both preview songs.

Hmmm, I've also read that Programmed World can be cleared w/ an AA on Hard for any diff. & you'll get 3y3s. Perhaps I'll try that out & see what happens. Edit: Damn, it doesn't.....

Don't need hard on in order to get the 3y3s OMES on [A].

Never tried [H] but then again it would kinda defeat the purpose of OMES up until this release.

Also I bet you have to at least play every revival song in both Empress and Archives in order to get the Kanazaki lane cover. That means I'm not gonna get it until either an unlock code or sometime next year lol.

Pretty sure it's every song in the Empress disc to get the Kanzaki cover including the Sirius songs, as I barely played PB when I got it.

Hmm, well, I'll have to try that by getting more pics in Archives later today. I forgot about getting a pic from Expert, & I didn't realize I had Hard on from last time, so I had to do 3 courses (2 of which I did on Hard w/o realizing it), which was how many I had left before getting Colorful Cookie as the OMES. Thankfully, I got the other %% pics as well playing the courses, plus the one for getting Colorful Cookie for the OMES. So at least I got all the pics in Gallery I can (aside from getting the final 2 Expert pics tomorrow & Monday).

Edit: Oh, look what I noticed what the CERO also did:

Sorry for the left one being in widescreen, as I couldn't find any other decent video of the AC version for some reason...

*Shrugs* I just noticed it while playing 3y3s & saw the annoying black stuff that censors stuff in anime.

UGH. Archives is just soooooooo tedious...& I'm not looking forward towards 9th Style & Red, as there's only 4 songs/12 charts to work with & there's 59 pics for both of them, not to mention Red has some pics w/ multiple versions, so it's around 70 times I have to play.

Well, least I got all the pics for 6th & 7th Style....Sucks that the result screens don't actually appear when you beat a song from that style (i.e beat a 6th Style song, have a result screen from 6th appear showing your score)...

Yeah, according to VJ Army: "Some videos and images were edited to meet Japanese rating standards." Hmm, well, we know about 1 video (3y3s), but images? Wonder which ones. Perhaps someone can compare the questionable ones in Archives to the original style it was from?

Are you doing the Hazard trick, Jeff? That's what I've been doing. Doing a little bit better each time on 1 song, then going to the next song, then doing the songs on Hyper & Another.

No, I'm trying to do them legitimately as in actually trying and attempting to beat my old EX score every time, without using hazard and without clearing my records. It's not that bad until 9th and RED

Yeah, I got 3rd, 4th, & 5th Style easily since there's only 6 pics for 3rd/4th & 8 for 5th. I didn't bother w/ Hazard for those.

But yeah, it gets annoying since you have such a small selection of songs to choose from (Konami shouldn't have had more RED revivals on Empress than PB), but thankfully, HS, DD, Gold, & DJT will be easier since they have the most revivals (but the most pics, though), so you have more charts to choose from.

Tomorrow, if I feel like it, I'll work on 8th &/or 9th Style. Then that'll just leave RED through DJT
