The new Beatmania IIDX is pink. I don't know, but don't you think that IIDX is going too much lolita/girly in IIDX 16 Empress ( brr...! what a name!)
So, I think it like this :
IMO the HAPPY SKY, GOLD and Empressare pretty much peaceful and beautiful for their skins and music selection. Theyre most like J-POP and something dance-music.
But RED, DistorteD and DJ TROOPERS are harsh, striking and fast for their music
selection and skins. Must is most like strong-bass, fast and strong tempo.
Example:
RED: harsh
HAPPY SKY: beautiful
DistorteD:harsh
GOLD: beautiful
DJ TROOPERS: harsh
Empress:beautiful

I'm guessing IIDX Amnesia. Get some psychedelic theme going on with lot's and LOT'S of trance. Get rid of the J-Pop and J-Rock, god I hated those genres. They could put in a badger for a mascot.
