Beatmania III "sequence branch" (attn: anyone that can read Japanese)

So yeah, I figured out most of the unlockables through various online translators, but this one has me stumped:

sequence branch

From what I can gather, those songs will play normally, and if you fulfill some condition related to BAD and POOR notes then it'll switch over to the Another version in the mesaure on the right of the chart.

My question is, what exactly needs to be done to get the Another version?

EDIT: There seems to be more information here but I'm not sure if that applies to BMIII and BMIII Core Remix, or just BMIII Core Remix
