DJ Troopers eh? Well the name doesn't actually bother me because I except this kind of thing with Japanese games hah. It actually looks kind of cool provided they don't rape it for all it's worth and try to market it here in America like early posters mentioning. But really I doubt that will happen, the only thing that annoys me is how quickly Konami cranks these babies out! Hell I probably won't even have DistorteD CS by the time this new game is out.

Why does this annoy you? I like the fact that they moved it to a 6-7 month difference instead of a 8 month or so. They won't release this for a while, not like it's coming out tomorrow.

Guys, one thing that everyone seems to be missing is the fact that the games are actually being released FARTHER APART THAN USUAL. They're slowing down, not speeding up.

GOLD location test: August 30th, 2006
DJ TROOPERS location test: August 9th, 2007

Almost a full year apart. In the old days, the IIDX series got two new full games PER YEAR, about 6 months apart from release to release. Now it's down to about 11 months between releases:

DistorteD release: March 2006
GOLD release: February 2007
DJ TROOPERS release: Judging by previous timelines, sometime in December-January

Why are people saying that the games are coming out faster than usual when the opposite is clearly true?

So, word on the street is that all of the songs from Gold are in DJT (I'm still trying to figure out what I want to call this style), including Ghostbusters.

Also, korskisdoingUKHardcoreomgthis'llbesogood! I could've done without another S.S.D.FANTASICA and Seiya song. Dazzlin' Darlin (no doubt the title is referring to Dai) will probably be super. L.E.D. Nu Style Gabba -- IT'S ABOUT TIME! I wonder if kors k's Progressive song will be progressive rock or trance. Pink Pong's will be trance, most likely, but kors k could surprise us all. Nekomata Master seems to be stepping out of his "Contemporary Nation" by doing Frenzy House. It looks good. Who's DJ Mass? Sota and Daji seemed to've taken it upon themselves to make songs that fits with the Army theme. Yamaoka and Zektbach are always appreciated.

I wonder what the last song is. I'm expecting kors k to have a teranoid song on here since RED and DD had teranoid songs. Another StripE song would suffice as well.

Oh, and what the hell, Yoshitaka. Don't soil the song list with your bad remix. Being able to play it may change my mind about the song, but it'll still be the worst song on the Milestone album.

It would be nice if other original beatmania songs came back with new 7KEY charts, just like how DistorteD CS is getting that treatment.

edit: although im pretty interested in hearing the 2MB song since im a big fan of his remixes. i think IIDX needs some 2MB in my opinion. notice how i said ' opinion'. lets not get carried away with the flaming people

After hearing how Saturn sounds from SN2 I'd bet a crossover of that would sound pretty good, actually. The background synths of the first part sounds just like Scripted Connection, and the second half has a real DistorteD theme sound to it.
