This has got to be the most odd theme I've ever seen in BM IIDX history....and the name "DJ Troopers" made me got WTF in less than a second.
I do wonder how Konami would put this into application. Still however they do it, I hope that they DO NOT fill this version with 100% HIPHOP/HARDCORE. 
In short, as long as they leave some room for Trance, J-Pop and a bit of Eurobeat, I'll be happy. 
P.S.
Well.....maybe they can add the MGS Theme song as well (the one from BM US).

RED wasn't all trance and stuff.
Happy Sky wasn't all happy music.
DistorteD wasn't all hardcore/breaks.
GOLD wasn't all whatever the hell people were expecting, half-medieval-half-Eurobeat or whatever.
This game will not have "100%" anything. Expect a blend of J-pop, eurobeat, hardcore, techno, trance, with maybe some 2-step or disco thrown in.

Distorted was the heaviest of the released versions yet songs like Zenius (brilliant mix of piano and cyber beats) were in it.
So yeah, I guess I don't have to worry after all. What a relief
