There can't be a forth monster I think.The ways to unlock Übertreffen,Trip Machine PhoeniX and Mirage Residence were just the same as Suzaku,Byakko and Genbu which were in Cardinal Gate,but there wasn't a song have the same unlock system as Seiryu,because the new Seiryu song was the regular extra song,out of the Military Splash folder.So we can just infer that every 3 Military Splash songs make a set.

There probably isn't a fourth monster that can be unlocked in the same way as Seiryu in DD. However, the three monter songs may have an OMES to go with them, much like how TROOPERS is the OMES for Ubertreffen, TMP, and Mirage Residence.

Steel Needle sounds a lot like a Ryu song, but that's just what I think. It does have his signature BZZT sound and a song break in the middle.

Maybe all of the monster songs are collaborations, with this one being L.E.D. and Ryu. The beginning sounds like Ryu, sorta, and the end sounds like L.E.D.
