Distorted is pretty cool, I don't own it though. I skipped from HS to Gold.
Sirius sounds ok, not too much into the preview songs in Empress though. I love the Kanako songs, and Non-Fiction Story, She is My Wife, the parallel rotation songs, and a lot of the others that I have seen.

I really like Bad Maniacs, Dominion is pretty good but not mind blowing. I'm really upset at what I'm hearing about RbFMJ.
Some of the Parallel Rotation songs seem pretty cool, I'm just not horribly impressed with the initial songlist. Honestly I need to hear more of it before I say if I like it or not.

Here's my opinion of the games in terms of songlist so far:
HAPPY SKY/SIRIUS
GOLD
DistorteD/EMPRESS
DJ TROOPERS/RED
10th style
SIRIUS has some very cool new originals, like Elisha, Light Shine, Session 1 -Genesis-, and the inclusion of Roots of my way. I love all the Parallel Rotation songs, especially Valse du Grande Chien, EXUSIA, and mosaic.
I must be the only one that doesn't care much for Bad Maniacs OR Red. by Full Metal Jacket.

If I were rating the games from as objective a standpoint as possible I would probably say:
1.) Gold
2.) 10th Style
Beyond that I don't really feel comfortable rating them, I just can't decide. I've enjoyed Troopers and Empress quite a bit, and I really used to play the shit out of Happy Sky.
As far as personal favorites go it would probably be:
1.) 6th style
2.) 8th style
3.) 7th style

Wow, not even fully unlocked yet, and people are already bashing Sirius. How disappointing X( HAVE YOU GONE MAD! It's awesome so far. I know it's your opinion, but seriously?! As a huge IIDX fan, I have to disagree with everyone who has said anything bad about Sirius so far. IMO, the franchise continues to improve.
