Best TV Tuner Card for IIDX on a PC Screen?

search for upscan converters

one of the best ones is probably the xrgb-3 but i dont see it in stock at ncs or play-asia

bought it at frys, don't know if its still for sale...every tv tuner card is going to have a 1 or 2 second lag unless you use the right software. i use the ATI Theater software that came with the...

and no lag on the XtremeTV card!, im actually able to record and pass songs from DDR and IIDX from my computer screen. the 650 i use the original software and, LAG. i think the XtremeTV cost me $40 then the 650 $20.
