Default Broken rubber dome contacts on key 1 and 3

The rubber part that actually makes contact with the circuit board is ripped for key 1 and 3 on my secondary controller.
I've tried using super glue, but that only made the key hard to hit, and it didn't register consistantly.

Is it possible to fix or replace these? (preferably without getting a whole new controller)
It appears that other electronics like using smaller versions of these that are too small to work with a IIDX controller (at least from the ones I've disassembled) so I was thinking that it's a sort of standard button type and that it'd be possible to buy some at a store that might specialize in that sort of thing, but the closest I can think of is Radioshack, and their online site doesn't have any of them.

I don't think it's something that can be repaired. The plunders are glued onto the actual circuit unlike the JP KOC and I have never seen them for sales separately. Besides, the US KOC is cheap as dirt. Just buy a new one. It's less of a hassle than finding new parts and probably cheaper than alternative repair methods.

Actually, they aren't glued on to the circuitboard, they just have extensions pulled through small holes that keep them in place as long as they aren't pulled out (and they can be put back in)

Unless I'm mistaking, the coins would be helpful in this case.

Coins will not help when the rubber contact is completely ripped because the key has nothing to bring it back up after being pressed so it can get stuck down.

When I was trying to mod my controller, I noticed that one of my rubber contacts were broken. So what I did was I switched the broken contact with the select button contact and super glued the edges so the glue wouldn't hit the sensor. You may need to glue a tiny piece of cardboard under the key to accommodate for the extra space in between the button and the contact (just like the mod).

As for the select button, since the contact for the key was already broken, I took what was left of it and glued that on the bottom of the select button. It still works, although you would have to press the select button a little harder for it to register. I hope this helps.

Go ask Marketplace, see if anyone has spare parts they could sell you.
That's how I replaced my broken circuit board.

I have a USKOC just sitting in my garage, I can sell it to you for dirt cheap if you'd like.

I fixed the problem with mistaFOO's suggestion, except I didn't bother with start and select since it was a secondary controller to be used for doubles and would also involve doing something irreversible to the controller.
