Total Tokens: 767.42 Donate Tokens | Control Panel Stand for DJ DAO RE? I'm going to be buying a Real Edition soon. I want to buy a stand for it so i don't need to play sitting down. Will this work for the real edition?? https://www.mameroom.com/ProductDeta...=CPSTANDDELUXE
I know it's made for the Arcade Quad Controller but it would come really in handy if i get the real edition AND the Arcade Quad Controller (Multi-Use).
What other, cheaper options do i have for the real edition stand? | |

But hell, if you really want that thing, go ahead, it might work well.
On the other hand, who knows if the RES fits in there.
(also grats for getting up to the level of actually getting an RES)

I would'ved bought the RE a long time ago but i've lost (1) of my jobs so i kinda screwed myself lol.
I'm not sure which style to get though. I was thinking about getting the Distorted Templates with White Buttons and Yellow TT. Any other good "mixtures" for the RE?
EDIT: hey you're right. i found this on amazon.com for a way cheaper price than that $200+ stand lol. Amazon.com: On Stage KS7150 Table Top Keyboard Stand: Musical Instruments

Or play sitting down like a boss.

Or play sitting down like a boss. | Hell, the stand I got from Guitar Center has a 395lb weight capacity, it was $60, I think. The thing is literally indestructible. Here: On-Stage Stands Heavy-Duty Deluxe X ERGO-LOK Keyboard Stand and more Keyboard Stands & Racks at GuitarCenter.com.

We should get Dao to create such a stand! Who's with me??
Oh and as for the style, I'd say what you said with green TT LED, that looks real good. (also gets you that Genymede feel)
But you can change all the LEDs there for a couple bucks, so just pick what you think looks nice and if not get something else.
(note: Does not even have a Dao yet)

| that looks extraordinarily uncomfortable. My table sits my controllers up at knee level when sitting down. It's p much amazing for me.

I only really started using a table a while ago after playing with the controller in my lap for years and years. Mostly did it because I ended up putting the controller down on a chair in front of me and finally passed Setsugekka, so I decided to stick with solid surfaces :P
The perspective might be making the chair look lower than it actually is, it does look pretty low in that picture.
EDIT: I just actually measured, sitting down. The keys are a little more than 4 inches above the top of my leg in playing position

I have never had any problem with tipping, its got a nice center of gravity. so i don't really think you will have a problem with the double X at all.
edit: the synth is pretty heavy while my pop'n controller (DSAC) is fairly light, for comparison of weight vs tipping.

If it works great for you let us know, I still need a better stand for my Pop'n controller.
