I've also heard his customer service is A+ as far as replacing part's (i.e: pcb's, TT's etc..) goes.. though apparently the need for this so far is very rare.
Reposting, rest of pics and description are on page 5. Will make my own thread when I get my hands on one, sorry to hijack.

Basically, is the actual TURNTABLE arcade-accurate?

Heck, if this thing is similar to the actual arcade deck (like what DJ DAO has with their Real Edition Double controller deck), then it would really look badass without a doubt
In any case, we shall see in any case. But wow, for people who want as much silence as possible when playing, it looks like DJ NING has unveiled their so-called SILENCER IMPLEMENTATION. DJ Ning ASC Official Web Site
In short, it means that you can specify to them if you want the keys to made even more silent (and is available in three different 'trims' or 'degrees of silence'). Indeed for people who want it silent, this could very well be what they are looking for
P.S.
Anyways, this may not matter to some but to me it really does. It looks like they now have "Rainbow" led lighting for the turntable. YouTube - DJ Ning?? NRC Rainbow Turntable LED YouTube - DJ Ning?? NRC Turntable LED Rainbow Auto Gradation
Available in two trims: "Rainbow" and "Rainbow Auto Gradation".
Man I love it

We are a Japanese Private Import Agency selling DJ Ning.
Thanks to Eddie's cooperation we succeeded to obtain some opinion concerning the DJ Ning, and we decided to participate more openly to this forum in order to get more ideas and opinions from Beatmania Players all over the world.
NRC is already well known here in Japan and has lots of fans. However we never get satisfy and we are always in pursuit of Higher-Performance for a better Product.
We are open to any idea that help us to improve DJ Ning.
Please feel free to let us know what you think and/or what you need and we will do our best to respond to users requests as much as possible.
We already have the following options:
* A large variety of coulors for the TOP Panell is enriched like DJ DAO.
* EMPRESS color =Pink
* RED style = Red
* Happysky = blue
* Purple
We can also change the coulor of the case itself.
* Blue
* Purple
* Red
* Pink
The EMPRESS Style Controller is almost ready, a Beta Version should be ready within next week. If the tests succeed, the EMPRESS version should be released next month.
We are looking forward to hearing your voices.

I think as long as the buttons are arcade accurate, the only real important things about a controller are arcade accurate spacing and height on the turntable, as well as making sure the turntable mechanism is accurate and does not misfire.
Another possibility (haven't looked at the english site, don't know if it's there yet) is to add support for PC compatibility through direct USB, something that DAO does not offer. Direct USB would allow for lag free play on simulators, something which is important to a lot of people.
Other than that, the price is in my opinion (and I'm sure many others) pretty high. It seems like the price is in line with a DAO PEE 2nd with Sanwa + Omron, but there are many people who would like an ASC without putting down that much money. Perhaps a model without Sanwa/Omron that is offered for cheaper?

Maybe some reinforcment under the main control panel might give it a less hollow sound.

The price includes shipping to Japan via EMS, and it's 5600 yen extra to ship to USA. So yes, it looks like around $500 for one of these in the USA. Seems to be in line with the RE, but with no wristrest + smaller turntable. That's a bit of a bummer.
The turnaround time seems a little excessive too. 1-2 months after order has been processed is steep, though I guess that's in line with Dao and all the other makers when they first started up.
Does the build quality really justify the premium for what seems like a souped up PEE? I can't see it.

We are looking forward to hearing your voices. | Nice job so far with your first builds of controllers. As what Eddie and the BMS team mentioned (who reviewed your controllers), it seems the feedback seems fairly positive (considering you guys are fairly new to the game). Granted there are some flaws such as the prohibitive pricing but I guess that's your target market/demographic.
Nevertheless, it's neat that another company has decided to enter into the music game controller business so IMHO, it is highly appreciated.
With that said, I do HIGHLY appreciate the features that you offer such as key silencing (which appeals to people who need the noise level to be kept low) and what I love the most which is the rainbow multicolor gradation turntable lighting (finally it's now available).
P.S.
Anyways
@DJ Ning
I can't wait till you release something like this:
An actual arcade controller deck (just like what's featured below)
It would be splendid if you released something similar to what is featured above (i.e. a full-sized arcade controller deck). It would be awesome if you made a version of it......
