DjDao board issue...theres a reason im posting HERE.

The reason I'm posting HERE is because DJDAO took like 10 days to even respond to me..

anyways, so that scratch disc issue got worse..and now it sorta doesnt read very well..
theres a dead spot and i opened the thing up to find out what was wrong..
the problem is: the metal disc inside that connects to the outter disc isnt straight..
it wasnt cut properly, theres a slight wave in it, its not level and where its not level the censor doesnt see it...causing it to skip or..not read in my game at all.


anyone know how to fix that? I mean I can probably order the part, but i dont know if i can chang eit myself, heres a shot of the board interior

i mean the board works..90% awesome except the scratch but everything else is wonderful!!! (OH i fixed the RED LIGHT issue...forgot to mention that)

....im gonna try to email dao again, but i just wanted to know if you CAN fix this? i dont really know how to replace stuff and my cousin fixes stuff like this..but hes not so confident since he doesnt wanna screw it up...without knowing exactly whats wrong...and end up breaking it.

well if its just the metal piece, it looks like its just screwed on from the bottom, which sounds like a easy repair if you can order the part. As for the light... Sorry, but I am not an expert on that (or with a dao controller). I suggest checking wires for any that are bent that connects to the button though, if you have not already.

If there's a warp in the disc, you can take it to a machining shop and have them straighten it.

Prolly take them about 10 minutes and 5 bucks.
