So far I've been able to pass 5th dan and most of Cardinal Gate course Hyper (except for Nageki no Ki).

I was able to clear old 5s with just a Dual Shock until I got my US controller.

I can do up to 2nd Dan in RED CS.

Hardest I can do are songs like MAX 300 [N]. I got lucky in lower world [N].

FAKE TIME [N] and BREATH [N] are easier to Hard Clear than Normal Clear in a DualShock.

Contract is a beeyish both ways, but more so Ganymede. >w<

Offtopic: On a regular machine: If I use AS, I can do MAX 300 [H] (even set a record in G4) and Scream Squad [A].
Without AS, I can only do 9 and below...

EDIT #2: As for as my own experience I only used the dualshock controller on 5-key bm until my controller arrived (about a week or so)

to tell you the truth, i have never played on a real IIDX controller, i have been playing IIDX since last summer with a dual shock controller, i can pass most 8 and 9's on hyper.

I doubt it's much different than Pop'n on a dualshock. I've passed 39s on Pop'n with DS so idk, maybe up to 10 possibly 11 on IIDX if I tried.

Really? 'Cause it's a lot of pain having to move from square to circle with one thumb.

Well, I make sure I use right on the D-pad for key 4 though.

yeah but unlike pop'n, you cant set up your own control scheme.
