e-Amusement Pass Registration

I'm almost done with the registration process until I encountered this error:

入力されたe-AMUSEMENT PASSは一度もご利用になられていないため、KONAMI IDに登録できません。[1401E]

Using Google Translate and googling some keywords, it says that I must use an used (as opposed to brand new) e-Amusement Pass for registration. I just want to ask those who have done it whether it's correct because it sounds pretty illogical to me. And what games should I use the card with in order to make it a used card?

if that's what you want, then I think your card would have to be activated in one of the e-amuse compatible arcade machine before you can register, just pop it in any network enabled konami arcade machine and set up an account and it should be ok after.
