Well, according to this: AC EMPRESS - RemyWiki there are a few hidden songs in the game, but granted that if you went to an arcade to play the game, they would probably be unlocked.

Well, according to this: AC EMPRESS - RemyWiki there are a few hidden songs in the game, but granted that if you went to an arcade to play the game, they would probably be unlocked.
It really depends though. Certain machines though have not been touched at all (either through an internet connection or through "modifications"). As such, for those kinds of machines, the hidden songs (such as Colorful Cookie, Himiko, etc.) will not be available for regular play.
For instance, after installing the Empress AAA upgrade kit in Virtual Zone Kowloon last April 2009, the machine was still default at BEAT#1. Only when it was connected to the internet (through Konami & their online server) did it upgrade to BEAT#3. Then to BEAT FREE after a month later. So there.......
