I was pondering about this for a long time because there are so many different songs and so many players having different opinions on what is hardest so I wondered "what are the hardest songs overall" honestly I believe that it's a matter of opinion but I wanna hear what other people think anyways I'll put down whom I believe are truly the hardest and why and then everyone post what they think and we can make a true list this way OK I'll start with mine.

Mei isn't THAT bad, after all it calms down after the glissandos. Also if you buy from DASC it should be ez to hit the keys (What isn't? This game is just a DDR ripoff but with fingers, takes no skill or anything) but I dunno what you'll do about measure 63 because it has those scratches, and well, DASC's turntables break 100% of the time.

I should've bought a dj dao.

Anyway it's good you recognized how hard that impossible 11 Pollinosis and Xepher are (Much worse than fake 12s like Scream Squad, which was originally an 11) but where are BLOCKS and INAZUMA? Inazuma is harder than a lot of 12s like Sasoribi and V, maybe because I mash 8th chords and haven't brushed my teeth since May 11th but I don't want to derail the thread. LAST WORD! Am I cool yet?

Those are all pretty good choices except please don't go which if you play it on s-random+ you just have to tap the buttons and you pass.

I would add THE DIRTY OF LOUDNESS because you have to hit all 7 keys and the scratch at the same time and that is like 8 things at once.

I think there should be separate ranking for normal and random, because a normal clear is obviously different from a clear with random. Same thing with hard. Being able to hard clear, say Scorpion Fire with a low percent hardly counts as a clear.

Put Kakumei somewhere near the top of the normal rankings, it's a very hard chart full of scales (unless of course you use sanwa keys to hit everything, but what chart isn't easy with sanwas?)

OK, I have taken these thoughts, into consideration, and updated the list. I saw a chinese guy fail the qausar song so I added that in. At the bottom. Because it is probably doable, he was just, out of practice. It was arousing and very emotional at the part on the buildup where all 20 keys were pressed at the same time. I was utter disappoint when this wasn't on the Singles Another version. :[

Dirty of Loudness is very tough, to press it all. It's not able to tap.

Nice list Yinny. Rage useal is alot easier than many 12s because you can just BS the hard parts. I reckumend you change that.

Also, what do you think of if various BeMani songs were ported to IIDX? if the least 100 sec was ported I think it'd be the hardest IDDX song by a large margin; it's a 99 whereas even Mei Anothor is only a 12. I think Zeta and neu from Popn 15's HELL course would be pretty tough; neu could even exceed 2222 notes on Another! Airflow from Pop'n Eemall might be hard to time, as it's an improvisational oldies jazz song. Might even be the new GAMBOL or Blue Mirage 7k (i sware to god the timing is fucked up, which is odd as there are clear hiphop influences in dj chucky's music.)

And since true speed is the truest form of difficulty, which coincides with jackhammers, "DXY! [a]" is 290 BPM 16th trills tremolos jackhammers and the fastest and hardest. Thank you so much.

I think outer limits beginner should be on that list. there's no way that's a 1*, man, I cleared all the other 1*s on beginner and I can't get higher than 2% on that!
