Here's the unlocks I can confirm at this point in time.
Song Select BGM:
- 3rd-10th style BGMs = Playing the revival songs unlocks the BGM for the style that the song first appeared in. Example: Playing One More Lovely or Love Is Eternity unlocks 10th style.
- CaptivAte～浄化～ unlocks Tomosuke's BGM and the RED BGM as no songs from IIDX RED were revived for this release.
- Likewise playing a song by it's respective artist like L.E.D. and DJ Taka unlocks their BGMs.
Interface Customizations:
- Uses the same unlock system from IIDX Red from what I've seen, so the best advice is to play through class mode as far as possible.
- Expert courses may also unlock other customizations, I haven't checked that yet though.
Hidden Songs:
- Passing 5 of the Dan Courses in Class Mode unlocks them.
Hopefully that should help you on trying to unlock everything.

AFAIK, it's just the standard "play a few times in Standard/Expert/Dan modes and you'll get another one" method.

We unlocked all of the secret songs by just playing Arcade mode for about an hour or two. We just sort of noticed them after a while, we didn't start playing dan courses until after everything was unlocked, so that's definitely not the only way to go about it. | |

I think you can also unlock the songs by just playing in free mode. If its the same as 10th...thats how i unlocked the songs in 10th but who knows, if its different i dunno yet, i'll find out when i get off work.

You get theme songs by playing a song by that particular artist or that mix. Hence, to get tomosuke's song you need to play T'zona del Cid or whatever its called.
To get RED you play Captivate. The other theme songs should be pretty easy to figure out since there an abundance of Taka, Yoshitaka, and LED songs you'll probably be playing, and if you just go through the OLD MUSIC folder, you'll immediately get everything from 3rd-10th.
