hey guys, I believe im getting a dj dao controller soon and I have an KASC right now. I'm really interested in trying out doubles when my dao comes in so i was just wondering how other doubles players have their setup like. I play sitting on a chair and my TV is about 28 inches off the ground so I kinda dont feel like playing on the floor with both of my controllers on the ground
So anyway just wondering if any of you doubles players (well anyone really haha) could give me some advice on maybe what kind of little desk or something i could use for the controllers. Thanks
Get a low coffee table, or two -sturdy- cheap tables. I play (singles, KASC) on a wooden side table that is 20" inches high, sitting on a low loveseat. Both were picked up from someone throwing out old furniture At school now I'm on a low futon and a $9 folding hexagonal plastic table that is 18" high, and it's remarkable stable for being so cheap. I don't like having my TV higher than 26"; ideally my table and TV stand are the same height. That works well for me.
Garage sales. If you're looking for something cheap and sturdy, like a wooden coffee table, garage sales are a great start. More attractive solutions can be found at any furniture store or even some place like Wal-mart, but I'm a cheapass.
