Default Help with my IIDX controller

I brought my controller on our vacation and it got a bit moist when it was removed from air-conditioning. I thought it was fine, but when I set it up, it won't work.

I'm sure it's not the controller ports, cause I tried my dual shock on it and it was ok.

Is there anyone who experienced the same thing? All I want to know is if there is any way I can get it to work again, what should I do?

It's been like that for five years.

Anyway, all that it needed was some time. It's all working now, except for the turntable. it seems to go crazy when I turn it clockwise, but not the other way around. I can't do alternate turning.

Is it bad to use a hair dryer on the insides?

It's not bad, just make sure the solder doesn't melt. (pretty sure that won't happen though )

I actually have a hair dryer that can melt solder. Some people refer to it as a "laser gun" though.
