My keyboard's wireless, also, they're not the typical keys, they don't "squeeze" in like most keyboards. Just sort of feels like they suddenly "click" into the "pushed down" position if I'm making sense here.

Also, maximum of 6 keys being held down at a time, I fail on Dirty Of Loudness because of it...

Yes, just pick the proper address during driver install

Do any Dao's still have TT issues, or are all of them good now? I'm thinking of ordering the cheapest working Dao I can get my hands on.

Well lately the TT problems have been resolved. But appearany djkero is having them. But seriously, don't get scared of this. These controllers are pretty darn good quality, especially since DAO has a new factory and the controllers look a LOT better on the inside, all wires are organized.

So you're saying any of the controllers would be worth it?

Even the PE with the TT misfires is awesome. Seriously don't let something so trivial as an extra 2-3 scratches every 20 songs discourage you from buying by far the best IIDX controller on the market.

I'm more so just worried about it doing what my IIDASC is doing - majorly flipping out.

I'll look into the various Dao's out there to see which one I can afford and get the soonest!

And I have a PS2 -> LPT converter sitting around somewhere...I'll look for it. My IIDASC doesn't register when I hook up the LPT for some unknown reason. *sigh*

EDIT: What's the difference between FP7 and the PEE?

FP7 has a smaller turntable, all the spacing is fine, it just seems more designed for ez2dj with it's size.

PEE has a proper turntable, all the spacing is still fine, but if you want the ultimate arcade experience, the RE pretty much feels and looks like you've just ripped off the desk of an arcade machine.

How much would 7 Sanwa keys total out to? Is it $15 per key for $15 for all 7?

Alright, I'll probably end up buying an FP7 then. Thanks for the help - and I think Sanwa keys are in fact $15 each.

Good choice. I'm using an FP7 new edition w/ customs and it's fantastic. No problems what so ever. I used to mainly play on a computer keyboard and while it took a while to adjust (to playing properly :P), I'm absolutely loving it now.
