You need to do it via KONAMI WEB DX on your phone (e-amusement section). If you don't have a Japanese phone or this is e-amuse outside of Japan then I don't know how you'd do it.

I'm pretty sure she's in Singapore though. Why don't you just ask the arcade operator or someone else playing there? Are you really shy, or does no one play IIDX?
