Marketplace Rating: 0 | How much sud+ ? I'm curious who else here plays with sud+ always on, and how much they use. My GRN is 290, and I typically select a HS such that my sud+ falls between 400-550. I've been told this is an abnormal amount of sud+ and I want to know if anyone else uses as much as I do. The only drawback I've had to using so much sud+ was that for Himiko[h], the slowdowns are too dense for me, even with hat, on HS0.5, so I've been using HS2, which has gotten me closer to passing but feels really awkward to use.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | I tend to keep my SUD+ barrier between 300-375. With my green number at around 300 this makes 180BPM songs at SUD+300 HS 1.5 and 160BPM songs at Sud+375 HS1.5
It works really well for me.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | I used to always use 290 green, now I'm using 300.
My sudden+ value varies depending on how I'm playing on a given day, what the song will allow, and how big the TV I'm using is. Lately on my home setup I've been favoring around 200, but it can get up to around 300.
Is this the first thread you've actually started, Ice? :P

Marketplace Rating: 0 | My green number is 266 right now. I used to play at 276, but after switching to 266 my timing improved significantly. I don't like sudden+ extending beyond the yellow max score indicator.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Green is 250 on Troopers, 255 on GOLD and EMP, 290 on DP, and 310 on right side SP (currently passing most 10s, some 11s). I use 5.0 HS for anything below 110 BPM, 4.5 up to 119, 4.0 to 129, 3.5 to 139, 3.0 to 149, 2.5 to 169, 2.0 to 189, 1.5 to 209, 1.0 to 269, and 0.5 for anything under 350 BPM, over 270. FAXX is also 0.5 for slowdown readability, and other songs like op. 31 have different high speeds from what I would normally use, not to mention a lot where I change the speed on the fly (like y&co doa [b]).

Marketplace Rating: 0 | 250 hmm, i notice a lot of good players use a rather low green number when playing. i might give that a try.
im currently on 285~283 green and it seems to be by comfort zone.
i cannot play without sud+. friends that play occasionally just dont understand why its so useful.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | I used Sudden + on like, Endless Summer Story and Ballad For You.
I haven't really bothered with it much, aside from songs with BPM's under 100.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I always use 280 green with anywhere from 300-400 sud+.
Songs with the odd bpm out like 100 or 300, I won't mind sud+ of 200 or 500 if necessary.
I would experiment with using faster green #, but I'm already comfortable with where I'm at, so no real reason to break out of it.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | i always use sud+ but always have the hispeed take precedence
i have a chart that i printed out so that i know exactly what sud+ value to use for any bpm so the answer to the question is that it depends on the song but i must play using the highest hispeed setting before accounting sud+
the only time i have sud+ over 200 or whatever is when im playing songs like ganymede which make me wish there was hi6 or more
