Not to mention that, but I believe this kit is only for 9th and up machines. To upgrade an 8th or lower, you need a USB-interface thing that they don't seem to make anymore. They're impossible to find and it isn't possible to upgrade past 8th without it. | |

you need a uhhhh... 9th+ pcb kit, which some sellers of GOLD+ include for any versio nof IIDS to be upgraded. it's possible but unless he confirms it isn't legit for 8th or below to upgrade.

From what I understand, the guy who owns the Gold Machine at the Great X-Scape bought an official upgrade kit for gold that came with the i/o board and computer.
It runs flawlessly. I got to play a sneak preview of it at a friends B-Day party before it was put at the Great X-Scape.

he probably just got it off of yahoo japan or something like that. I've heard that kits appear on there from time to time. | |

According to VGTA, Buffalo Bill's in Primm doesn't have a 6th style anymore, it has an 8th. 1p is fine but 2ps keys are missing. This was a couple months ago.
